At this level you are expected to sit your dog for two minutes with distractions.  These can vary.  You are continuing to build on your basics in the previous levels.  Remember to build up slowly from the Beginner.  You can still use your clicker and treats to mark the behaviour now expected from the dog.  Mix it up!  Don't always do a long sit/stay or one at a distance remember to revisit the basics all the time to keep the dog guessing.
